I hope you're all well. So much for me keeping my website up to date! I can't believe how the months are flying by.
I'm looking forward to the RCO trip to Paris & Rouen to play Cavaillé-Coll organs at the end of May. Why did I decided to learn new repertoire instead of brushing up pieces I already know?
Anyway, the pieces are coming on well, and I'm grateful to my teacher, Richard Brasier, for his help and guidance.
The new Brentwood Music site is up and running at brentwooddiocesanmusic.org and you might like to look at Www.brentwoodcathedralconcerts.org too. On the Brentwood Diocesan Music site you'll find details of the Battle of the Organs I'm
organising on June 29th at Brentwood Cathedral. Tickets available from Eventbrite here
The Essex Organists' Association has some great events lined up this coming year. Visit our website for details and to see what
we're up to.
I have now started playing the organ at St. Mary's Hornchurch each week. It is a 2m&p Allen about 20 years old.
Last time I mentioned that I'd tidied my den/office up after being inspired by YouTube videos. Well, it's very messy again! I'll try to tidy it once I'm back from Paris, but don't hold your
breath!!
That's it for now, so I'll catch up with you all soon.....honest!
